Responsibilities
  • Collect, cleanse, and maintain CRM data from various sources.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across CRM systems and sales platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, such as revenue and conversion rates.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and patterns, providing insights into sales strategies.
  • Create regular sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for the sales team and management, helping them understand performance and adjust strategies.
  • Generate visualizations and data insights for executive presentations.
  • Use historical data to forecast sales trends and revenue predictions, building predictive models to forecast future sales opportunities and risks.
  • Segment customer data based on purchasing behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns, conducting training sessions for sales teams on best practices for CRM data entry and usage.

  • Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or certifications in analytics is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data manipulation tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Python, R, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning techniques is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex data findings simply.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Time management skills are required to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
