About the Role

We're looking for a CRM and lifecycle marketing specialist to own retention, loyalty, and engagement marketing end-to-end. This is a hands-on role with real strategic ownership you'll be the person building campaigns, running experiments, reading the data, and deciding what comes next.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and engagement to retention and win-back
  • Design and execute personalised, behaviour-driven campaigns across WhatsApp, email, push, and offline.
  • Build and manage CRM journeys that respond to how customers actually behave — not just who they are
  • Lead engagement and retention initiatives: identify at-risk segments, design

  • interventions, and track what's moving the needle
  • Run continuous A/B tests, own your results, and iterate fast
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance with clear takeaways — not just numbers

  • What We're Looking For
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing
  • Direct experience working in tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, Gupshup, or similar.
  • Strong grasp of personalisation — dynamic content, behavioural triggers, event-based journeys
  • Experience with WhatsApp and email marketing at scale
  • Comfortable owning your metrics and explaining performance to stakeholders
  • Background in consumer-facing businesses: telecom, fintech, e-commerce, or similar preferred
