Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Coordinate between sales, accounts, dispatch, and production teams
  • Maintain and update customer data, orders, and communication records in CRM systems
  • Track sales orders, dispatch status, and payment follow-ups
  • Assist the sales team with reports, customer feedback, and data analysis
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to customers
  • Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives

Scope of Work / Required Skills

· Good communication skills (verbal & written)

· Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability

· Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel

· Proficiency in Google Sheets

· Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

· Strong time management and attention to detail

· Positive attitude and team-oriented
