We are a reputed and established shipping company committed to excellence in maritime operations. To support our expanding fleet and growing business needs, we are looking for a proactive and resourceful Crew Sourcing Executive to join our team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Handling end-to-end sourcing activities for seafarers.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with manning agents, vendors, training centres, and industry partners.

- Coordinating documentation, compliance checks, and candidate verification as per company and maritime standards.

- Ensuring timely sourcing to meet vessel crew change schedules and operational manpower demands.

- Tracking sourcing pipelines, maintaining accurate records, and providing weekly recruitment/sourcing reports.

- Supporting HR and Fleet Personnel teams in selection, onboarding, and crew allocation processes.

- Liaising with another manning agencies, company branches and clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
