As a Credit Policy Automation Specialist, your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to implement and optimize credit policies using Business Rule Engines. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Requirement Analysis:** Collaborate with business policy stakeholders to understand credit policy requirements, including eligibility criteria, risk thresholds, and decision logic.

- **Design and Development:** Utilize Business Rule Engines to design, develop, and implement automated credit decision models and workflows.

- **Configuration:** Configure decision rules, decision tables, and decision flows within Business Rule Engines to accurately reflect the organization's credit policies and guidelines.

- **Integration:** Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Business Rule Engines solutions with existing systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

- **Testing and Validation:** Conduct thorough testing of automated credit decision processes to validate accuracy, reliability, and performance under various scenarios.

- **Optimization:** Continuously monitor and optimize credit decision models and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize risk, and improve decision outcomes.

- **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive documentation of credit policy configurations, decision models, and workflows for future reference and auditing purposes.

- **Training and Support:** Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Business Rule Engines tools for credit decision automation.

- **Compliance:** Ensure that automated credit decision processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.

- **Troubleshooting:** Investigate and resolve any issues related to credit policy automation, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

  • - Advanced Knowledge of Decision Automation Tools - Fico Blaze, Actico, Synaptics.

    - Working knowledge of Postman and Project Management Tools such as JIRA/Confluence.

    - Understanding of the Salesforce Platform.

    - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

    In terms of educational qualifications, the minimum requirement is a Graduate degree, while preferred qualifications include a B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or BCA+MCA. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience.
