About the Role:

We are hiring a Credit Analyst to support our growing Australian mortgage processing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in financial services with full training provided from scratch no prior experience required.

You will be trained across all stages of the mortgage process, from pre-settlement to post-settlement, including valuation, lodgment, income analysis, and end-to-end application management.

What You'll Learn and Do:

Training Includes:

- Understanding credit policies and lender requirements
- Income analysis and income statement calculation
- Loan application review and documentation
- Lodgment and valuation coordination
- Managing pre- and post-settlement workflows
- Working with Australian brokers and lenders

Responsibilities:

- Analyze client financial documents such as pay slips, bank statements, and tax returns
- Ensure accurate and complete loan application submissions
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders in Australia
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Monitor applications to ensure they progress smoothly through the pipeline
- Adhere to compliance and quality standards

What we are looking for:

- Recent graduate or experienced candidate from Finance, Commerce, or Business background
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Comfortable working in early morning shifts (6 AM 2:30 PM IST)
- Willing to work from Virar West office

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
