Key Responsibilities

1. Website Visual Optimization
● Research global and competitor e-commerce websites to identify design trends,
layout improvements, and visual merchandising strategies.
● Continuously improve the website’s aesthetics, product presentation, and browsing
experience.

2. Daily Creative Production
● Design a minimum of 5 website creatives daily based on product sales
performance, new launches, or promotional campaigns.
● Create homepage banners, category banners, product highlight creatives, and
promotional sliders.

3. Sales-Driven Visual Merchandising
● Analyze daily product sales data and identify:
○ Best-selling products
○ Slow-moving products
○ Newly launched products
● Use insights to create visuals that push priority products.

4. Homepage & Banner Management
● Update website homepage banners, sliders, and category visuals regularly.
● Align creatives with ongoing campaigns, seasonal collections, and inventory
priorities.

5. Approval & Implementation
● Present daily creatives for approval from the Creative Lead/Marketing team.
● Coordinate with the website or tech team to ensure creatives are uploaded and
displayed correctly.

6. Design Quality & Brand Consistency
● Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines, typography standards, and color
palettes.
● Maintain consistent design language across the website.

7. Performance Monitoring
● Track how banners and creatives influence product visibility and engagement.
● Suggest design improvements based on performance trends.
