Role: Creative Visual Designer
Type: Part-time / Full-time (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Designing (Major Focus: Canva)

Create engaging Instagram posts, carousels, and stories

Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails

Develop creatives for courses, webinars, and marketing campaigns

Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all platforms

Work on banners, presentations, and promotional materials


• Video Editing

Edit short-form videos (Reels / Shorts) with strong hooks

Edit long-form YouTube videos (educational & promotional)

Add captions, transitions, and branding elements

Optimize content for Instagram and YouTube platforms


• Requirements:

Strong expertise in Canva (must-have)

Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement

Creative thinking with attention to detail

Ability to manage deadlines independently
