About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically sound Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in video editing and motion graphics, along with a keen interest in using AI-powered tools to enhance video production and visual storytelling. This role is ideal for professionals who want to grow in a fast-paced, AI-driven creative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

- Edit and assemble high-quality videos from raw footage in line with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Reels, and Shorts.
- Handle different video formats, resolutions, and codecs efficiently.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and producers to execute creative concepts.

Motion Graphics & Visual Design:

- Design and animate motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, infographics, and basic visual effects.
- Support storytelling through clean and engaging motion design.
- Maintain visual consistency across projects and follow established brand styles.

AI Tools & Workflow:

- Use AI-based tools such as Midjourney, Kling, VEO3, Runway, or similar platforms for image generation, video enhancement, and creative experimentation.
- Assist in integrating AI tools into editing and motion graphics workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends in video and motion design.

Collaboration & Execution:

- Work closely with senior editors, motion designers, and creative leads.
- Take feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative discussions.

Project Management:

- Manage assigned tasks across multiple projects while meeting timelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of edits and motion assets with attention to detail.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- 0–1 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Portfolio showcasing video edits and motion graphics work.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Expertise in of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Kling, VEO3, Runway, Nano banana or similar platforms.

Creative Skills:

- Understanding of visual composition, pacing, color correction, and storytelling.
- Ability to translate concepts into engaging visual content.

Communication:

- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand feedback and improve output accordingly.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience.

Good to Have:

- Experience in Ed-Tech or digital-first content production.
- Interest in AI-driven creative workflows.
