Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Studio Executive who can manage our in-house product shoots, studio operations, and client coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative production environment and can combine visual content creation with business coordination.

The candidate will play a key role in product photography, studio rental management, podcast shoots, and short-form content creation for brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Photography & Content Creation

• Conduct in-house product photography for e-commerce and brand clients
• Create UGC-style reels and short-form content for social media
• Assist in basic lighting, styling, and camera setups

2. Studio Operations

• Manage the daily operations of the studio
• Maintain photography equipment, props, and shooting setups
• Ensure studio readiness for brand shoots and rental bookings

3. Studio Rentals (Business Development)

• Promote and manage studio rentals as a service offering
• Coordinate with brands, creators, and agencies for bookings
• Handle client inquiries, scheduling, and studio walkthroughs

4. Podcast & Video Shoot Support

• Assist in podcast recording setups
• Handle basic camera, lighting, and mic arrangements
• Support short video and interview shoot setups

5. Client Coordination

• Communicate with clients regarding shoot requirements
• Ensure smooth execution of studio shoots and content production

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of product photography and lighting
• Familiarity with Instagram reels / UGC content creation
• Interest in podcast/video production
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with studio management

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years experience in photography, content creation, or studio management
• Passionate about visual storytelling and content production
• Comfortable working in a creative agency environment
