TL;DRWere hiring a Creative Strategist for a fast-moving performance marketing agency managing 1M in monthly Meta ad spend for 78 figure brands. Youll research winning creative angles, write high-converting ad scripts, and shape the visual direction of campaigns across e-commerce, B2B, and lead generation clients all within a lean, high-output team that tests 1,000 creatives a month.Key details:Role type: Full-time role (40 hours per week), Fully-remoteTimings: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM (IST)Salary range: ?10L - ?12L per annumWhat youll doResearch (40%): Dig into competitor ads and winning creative using tools like Foreplay and the Meta Ad Library. Youll identify patterns, surface strong angles, and translate what you find into clear, actionable creative briefs that the production team can run with.Copywriting (30%): Write high-converting scripts for video ads and copy for static ads across multiple client accounts. Youll use AI tools to move faster and iterate smarter not as a shortcut, but as a multiplier on your output.Visual Direction (15%): Define the look and feel of ad concepts. Youll brief designers and editors with enough clarity and creative vision that execution matches intent no hand-holding required on either side.Creative Collaboration (15%): Work closely with the Creative Director and brief the production team directly when needed. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, so sharp communication and fast, clear feedback matter.Who were looking for12 years of hands-on Meta ads experience, with a strong grasp of direct response you understand what makes someone stop scrolling and take action.Proven experience writing video scripts and static ad copy that converts, ideally across multiple clients or verticals.Comfortable using AI tools daily to research, write, and iterate; youve moved beyond basic use and treat them as a core part of your workflow.Agency or performance marketing background is a strong plus, as is prior experience with D2C e-commerce brands.Familiar with Foreplay, Meta Ad Library, Monday.com, and Slack.Able to operate independently and manage a batch of client accounts without close supervision by month three.Based in or around CET timezone preferred, but strong international candidates are welcome.Flawless written English and the communication skills to brief creatives with precision and confidence.Application process:Discovery call - to understand your motivationsTechnical task & discussion - to evaluate your key skills for this role.Final interview with client
