Position: Creative Manager – Marketing Communications

Reporting To: Strategy Director / Founder
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary

The Creative Manager will be responsible for translating strategic marketing direction into structured creative campaigns across print, digital, retail, and performance platforms. The role involves preparing explicit creative briefs, leading creative execution, supervising designers, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering campaigns aligned with business objectives.

This position is execution-focused and works closely with the Strategy Director to implement brand and communication strategies for high-value clients across retail and consumer sectors.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in an advertising/communication agency, digital agency, or retail brand marketing team
- Strong portfolio demonstrating retail campaigns, digital creatives, and promotional campaigns
- Experience working on multi-format creatives (print, digital, social, video)
- Exposure to performance marketing creative formats is preferred
- Experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, or consumer brands will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

- Translate marketing strategy into campaign concepts, themes, visual direction, and communication angles aligned with brand objectives
- Plan and execute festive, sale, promotional, and brand campaigns across social, performance ads, print, hoardings, POSM, in-store branding, and video formats
- Prepare structured creative briefs defining objective, audience, messaging, offer articulation, formats, deliverables, and deadlines to minimize revisions
- Lead and supervise designers; review and approve all creatives ensuring quality, consistency, and attention to detail
- Coordinate with client team to clarify requirements, explain creative approach, and incorporate feedback systematically
- Work with copywriter to refine messaging, strengthen headlines, and clearly articulate retail offers
- Optimize creatives for Meta, Google, and YouTube and collaborate with performance marketer to improve ad effectiveness
- Guide print/production specifications and supervise offline executions (hoardings, signage, POSM) with timely delivery as per campaign calendar
- Manage creative tracker, maintain campaign presentation decks, and follow structured approval workflow

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
