The ideal candidate should be passionate about developing engaging digital content, leading creative projects, and building strong video presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the content creation strategy for educational, informational, and promotional videos.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for video content.
• Handle video shooting and editing while ensuring professional production quality.
• Present educational, entertainment, and informational content effectively.
• Manage and guide the media team to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Ensure high-quality creative output aligned with company branding and standards.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and training teams to align with company objectives.
• Drive engagement across social media platforms through creative and trend-based content.
• Monitor video performance and analytics to improve content reach and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, video production, or digital media.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and scripting ability.
• Hands-on experience with video shooting and editing tools.
• Understanding of social media content strategy and audience engagement.
• Leadership skills to manage and guide a media team.
