The Role

Mid-senior Graphic Designer + Video Editor. You’ll own both- not one as a side skill- and work closely with clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-performing ad creatives & social content
• Edit Reels, ads, and brand videos with strong storytelling
• Translate rough ideas into polished output
• Collaborate with content & performance teams
• Present concepts with clear rationale
• Use AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Firefly) to enhance speed & creativity

What to Expect

You’re a Fit If

• 2–5 years agency experience + strong portfolio
• Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects along with AI tools
• Experience with D2C/performance creatives
• Strong design POV + attention to detail

Not a Fit If

• Portfolio = basic offline creatives
• Depend heavily on AI or detailed briefs
• Struggle with deadlines & revisions

Tools

Adobe Suite (must) | Figma, CapCut, DaVinci, Canva, AI tools (good to have)
