We are building a massive brand in Canada from the ground up. We’re looking for a master of the thumb-stop; someone who knows how to use shocking visuals and AI to hijack the viewer's attention instantly.

We have a good amount of raw material: high-quality creator footage, shaky customer-submitted clips, and assets where we have a hook but no visuals. We need a partner who can bridge the gap between Professional Content Creation and Total AI Generation to turn this mess into a global brand.

The Startup Environment

We are a fast-growing startup. This means we move fast, we test constantly, and job duties are flexible. One day you might be deep in AI video generation; the next, you might be helping us brainstorm a video campaign strategy or researching a niche North American subculture. We are looking for an OG Creative team-member, not just a task-taker.

Responsibilities

• Video Synthesis & Pacing: Sift through messy customer footage to find the "gold." You will polish bad clips into premium social proof using color grading, sound design, and aggressive, high-retention pacing.
• The Research Hub (Viral Sourcing): One of your primary jobs is to be a student of the North American market. You will research seasonal trends, viral hooks, and trending audio. You are responsible for creating a stream of viral-worthy concepts by spotting trends before they peak.
• Advanced AI Enhancement: Use tools like Runway, Luma, Veo3, Higgsfield, or Kling to "save" bad footage, upscaling resolution, extending backgrounds, or generating cinematic B-roll when assets are thin.
• Creative Freedom & Execution: No storyboards. No hand-holding. We provide the raw files; you provide the vision and the final, high-retention masterpiece.
• Image & Design Mastery: You are responsible for all static output. This includes high-end Photoshop compositing, Illustrator layouts, and using Midjourney/DALL-E, NanoBanana to generate professional product environments and high-converting static ads from scratch.
• Variation Engine: One concept = 10+ different ads. Constantly iterate on music, psychological hooks, and visual styles to find the winning formula.

Operational Requirements

• Mandatory Team Overlap: You must be online and available for real-time collaboration with our Canadian team for a 4-hour window daily: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM EST (8:00 PM – 12:00 PM IST).
• Communication: Initial communication will be strictly via WhatsApp/Teams. You must be highly responsive during the overlap window for live feedback and brainstorming.
• Cloud Sync: All project files must be synced to our shared drive by the end of your shift daily.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ Years of Short-Form Mastery: A proven track record of editing high-performing TikToks, Reels, or Social Ads.
• 3+ Years of Professional Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Proven experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
• The Stack: Expert in Premiere/After Effects/Resolve, CapCut + Photoshop/Illustrator.
• AI Power-User: Pro-level experience with Midjourney, Runway, Topaz, Kling, NanoBanana, Veo3, Higgsfield or similar (Video & Photo).
• Hardware: High-performance workstation (High VRAM GPU) + Fiber Internet.
• Exclusivity: This is a full-time role. No "job-stacking" or side-hustles. To ensure transparency, we use time-tracking and productivity software.

Compensation (The Path to ₹10L)

Your salary is structured to reward high-quality output and growth:

• Months 1-2 (Probation): ₹55,000 Base + ₹10,000 Quality Bonus = ₹65,000/mo
• Months 3-12 (Full Role): ₹70,000 Base + ₹15,000 Performance Bonus = ₹85,000/mo
• Annual Potential: ₹10.2 Lakhs (10L+)
