In this role, you will lead the creative vision behind high-impact events and brand campaigns, shaping concepts that captivate audiences. From the first spark of an idea to the final spotlight moment, you will be the driving force behind conceptual storytelling, visual direction, experiential design, and destination-driven narratives and corporate group journeys designing.

What You’ll Be Leading

As our Creative Director, you’ll guide the creative journey from concept to execution across events and experiences.

Crafting Powerful Concepts : Develop innovative ideas and storytelling frameworks for events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns that push creative boundaries.

Shaping Visual & Brand Narratives : Translate brand strategies into compelling visual identities, event theme designing, stage and branding fabrication, designs, digital content, and immersive event environments.

Designing Memorable MICE Experiences : Conceptualize and design engaging MICE programs, including corporate incentive trips, curated itineraries and experiences, and destination-based experiences that go beyond conventional travel programs.

Reimagining Corporate Incentive Travel : Enhance corporate offsites and incentive journeys by introducing unique local experiences, cultural immersion, interactive activities, and creative program elements that make each trip refreshing and memorable.

Elevating Brand Experiences : Ensure every project not only meets client objectives but also creates memorable, engaging experiences for audiences and participants.

Staying Ahead of Trends : Continuously explore emerging trends in event design, experiential marketing, destination experiences, and customer engagement to keep our work fresh and impactful.

The Kind of Creator We’re Looking For

You’re someone who sees a blank stage as a canvas and a destination as an experience waiting to be designed.

You likely bring:

- Strong expertise in creative strategy, brand storytelling, and visual design
- Experience leading creative teams and cross-functional projects
- Skills in art direction, graphic design, and multimedia content creation
- Strong understanding of event design, experiential marketing, and MICE programs
- Ability to conceptualize creative corporate travel and incentive experiences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to turn challenges into creative opportunities

What You Bring to the Table

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
- A Master’s degree is an advantage
- Prior experience in creative direction, events, experiential marketing, branding, or MICE
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, destination experiences, and customer engagement
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment

Working Details

Location: Bengaluru (On-Site)

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Joining Timeline: Immediate or within 30 days

Compensation: Competitive and aligned with experience, discussed during the interview process.
