Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the global creative direction, brand architecture, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

- Translate Indian heritage into globally relevant design, storytelling, and market positioning.

- Lead product design across Menswear, Womenswear, Accessories, and Lifestyle categories.

- Oversee end-to-end product development from concept, sampling, fittings, and material development to production readiness.

- Establish and enforce creative governance systems, quality benchmarks, and review processes.

- Direct campaigns, lookbooks, films, website evolution, and digital brand expression.

- Align collections and creative output with key global markets (Gulf, UK, USA).

- Mentor and elevate creative teams while ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and luxury benchmarks.

- Drive innovation in tools, digital workflows, and modern design methodologies.
