We are looking for a highly proactive Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our team in Mumbai. We manage a diverse portfolio of brands—ranging from high-end jewellery to toys, a bustling pet store, and a general retail destination.

We don't need a robot who just hits "post." We need a visual storyteller who lives and breathes online trends, knows exactly how to frame a shot, and has the enthusiasm to bring each of our unique brands to life every single day. This is a full-time, in-person role; you must be based in Mumbai and ready to be on-site to film and create.

The Gig: What You’ll Do

Ideation & Strategy: Brainstorm and plan content calendars for four distinct brands. You’ll be the architect of our social presence.

Production: Get behind the camera. You’ll be filming content (reels, TikToks, product showcases) that looks professional, polished, and aesthetic.

Post-Production: Edit your footage into scroll-stopping short-form video content. (Bonus points for great transitions and pacing).

Community Management: Own the daily rhythm. Post consistently across all channels, write engaging captions, and keep the community active.

Trend Hunting: Keep a pulse on current trends, sounds, and memes, and adapt them quickly to fit our specific brand voices.

The Must-Haves

Organic Growth Experience: Have you successfully grown a social media account from scratch using organic strategies? Tell us your story. Candidates with proven experience in community building and viral organic growth are our dream applicants.

A "Visual First" Eye: You understand composition, lighting, and what makes a video look premium vs. amateur.

Versatility: Can you pivot from the elegant vibe of a jewellery brand to the playful energy of a toy store? You must be able to switch brand "tones" instantly.

Proactive Energy: You don’t wait for instructions. You see an opportunity for content and you make it happen.

The Tech Stack: Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar) is essential.
