Creative Associate – Motion Graphics & Graphic Design If you enjoy turning ideas into visuals that make people pause, feel, and remember — you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for someone early in their journey, but strong on instinct, taste, and storytelling. You might be a fresher, but your work should show that you get design beyond just making things look good. What you’ll do - • Create engaging motion graphics for digital platforms (reels, ads, campaigns) • Design high-quality static creatives aligned with brand guidelines • Translate briefs into strong visual concepts and executions • Develop branding assets and design systems where required • Collaborate with content, performance, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive output What we’re looking for • Strong sense of visual storytelling and design fundamentals • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Understanding of digital-first content and what works across platforms • Attention to detail with a good eye for aesthetics and composition • Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and improve output Role details • Full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai • Requires close collaboration with internal teams on creative and strategic deliverables Qualifications • Strong Communication and Creativity Skills • Proficiency in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics • Experience in developing branding concepts and visual identities • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting • Experience with video editing tools is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
