Role Overview
We are hiring a multi-skilled Creative Artist who can handle storyboarding, digital illustration, and video editing. This role supports an animation production workflow by turning scripts into clear storyboards/animatics, creating clean visual assets for animation, and assembling final videos plus short-form cutdowns. The work requires strong storytelling sense, clean visuals, and efficient editing.

Key Responsibilities
Storyboard & Animatic

• Convert scripts into clear storyboards with shot direction and pacing
• Create simple animatics (timed storyboard sequence) for review before animation
• Indicate character emotions, blocking, and camera framing

Illustration & Asset Creation

• Create backgrounds, props, and layered illustration assets (PSD/AI)
• Prepare files suitable for animation pipelines (clean layers and naming)
• Maintain visual consistency across episodes and shorts

Video Editing & Content Assembly

• Edit and assemble final videos using provided animation footage
• Create multiple short-form cutdowns from episodes (vertical + horizontal)
• Add captions/text, basic transitions, sound alignment, and exports
• Organize project files and deliver production-ready outputs

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in at least two of the three areas (storyboard/illustration/editing)
• Strong storytelling, composition, and pacing skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (or equivalent)
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects (or equivalent)
• Experience with short-form formats (Reels/Shorts) and basic captions/text layout
• Ability to work independently during night-shift hours
• Portfolio required (must include storyboard samples + illustration + editing examples)

Nice to Have

• Experience in animation pipelines (layered files, animatics, asset libraries)
• Basic motion graphics skills
• Experience with children’s or educational content
• Understanding of simple sound sync and pacing for young audiences
