We’re searching for an experienced Art Director to take the helm of our art department, guiding a highly talented team of designers known for exceptional creativity. The ideal art director will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position, promoting our company and our valued clients.

The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience. The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Should have a solid advertising/branding agency background
• Should be able to independently turn out with creative ideas for diverse business verticals
• Generate ideas and visuals while collaborating with the innovative team.
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
• Knowledge of typography, illustration, and image manipulation, along with an eye for visual details and accuracy.
• Think, Plan, & Design Branded assets like Logos, Social media posts, Brochures, Packaging.
• Excellent hands-on experience working with software like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Should be a natural artist who can sketch/illustrate or at least a passionate creative individual who can turn creative briefs into compelling visual communication.
• A good team player with the ability to quickly understand any business.
• Perform well under pressure and deliver the tasks at hand with excellent quality.
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• Advertising & Branding Background would be preferable.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability
