As a Creative Account Manager at Ayushi Agarwal, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

- Creative ideation & concept development:
- Brainstorming: Collaborate directly with the creative director to generate fresh, trend-led ideas for photography, videography, campaigns, and reels.
- Concept planning: Translate initial ideas into actionable shoot concepts that align with the specific visual storytelling needs of beauty and skincare brands.
- Campaign contribution: Actively contribute to campaign development by providing creative input that meets high-impact visual standards.

- End-to-end production management:
- Project leadership: Lead the entire lifecycle of content shoots, overseeing every phase from pre-production through to final delivery.
- Resource coordination: Manage and coordinate all necessary talent for a shoot, including stylists, photographers, models, and editors.
- On-site execution: Oversee the physical execution of shoots across both production spaces to ensure all creative and technical requirements are met.
- Timeline & budget oversight: Ensure every project stays on schedule and adheres to the established budget.

- Client relationship management (CRM):
- Brief alignment: Serve as the primary bridge between client briefs and production, ensuring the output perfectly matches the client's vision.
- Expectation management: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to manage their expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.
- Feedback integration: Facilitate the client feedback loop, managing revisions and securing timely approvals for final content.

- Workflow & quality control:
- Internal efficiency: Maintain smooth internal workflows between the creative team and external contractors to prevent bottlenecks.
- Quality benchmarks: Act as a final gatekeeper for quality, ensuring all content produced meets the studio's high-impact benchmarks before it reaches the client.
- Resource management: Effectively manage creative resources and timelines to optimize studio usage across both locations.

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production house, agency, or similar creative setup.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand-led content.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Experience working with creative briefs and client servicing.
- Comfortable leading shoots and managing teams.
- Background in TV/film/content production is a plus.
