Responsible for handling the end-to-end process of packaging, preparing, and dispatching courier items, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while maintaining accurate documentation, inventory, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Packaging & Labeling

• Pack products per company and courier standards using proper materials (boxes, foam, bubble wrap, etc.) to prevent damage during transit.
• Accurately label packages with essential details (addresses, product specs, batch numbers, tracking IDs)
• Dispatch Coordination
• Generate packing lists, invoices, shipping labels, and other necessary documentation for consignments.
• Schedule and plan dispatches, coordinating with logistics partners or transport agencies to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Quality & Safety Assurance
• Perform quality checks to ensure goods are properly packaged and dispatched without damage.
• Follow safety guidelines during packing, handling, and loading of products.
