What You Will Do

The Country Manager International Business is responsible for supervising sales representatives, establishing sales goals, analyzing sales data, preparing budgets, and leading sales events/projects to improve performance. As a supervisor, you will also hire, train, and evaluate sales representatives, administer promotions and incentives, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand international business operations in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and supervise a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of international business operations.
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in international markets and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all international business operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of international business operations with overall company strategy.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of international business operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level
  • Provide effective coaching and training to sales representatives to consistently improve their performance
  • Allocate and adjust resources as needed to optimize sales activities
  • Ensure compliance with all federal/national, state, local and company regulations, policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with sales manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives
  • Identify and lead specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to increase company products presence with accounts
  • Prepare and control budgets for a particular district or region
  • Create and deliver daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports
  • Motivate and incentivize sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies

  • Required Qualifications

    What we are looking for
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in international business operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of international business practices, regulations, and cultural differences.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in budget management and compliance management.
  • Ability to manage and develop a diverse sales team.
  • Strong customer-centric focus with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a focus on process improvement.
  • Knowledge of standard operating procedures and organizational knowledge.
  • Cultural competence and ability to work with managers and audiences in varying job levels

  • Desired Qualifications
  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and go on fieldwork.
  • Experience in sales enablement strategies, sales prospecting and qualification, and solution selling.
  • Experience in market expansion and product management.
  • Ability to manage and develop talent, including coaching and talent management.
