Description: Role: Country Manager (Nepal) Client: Indian Multinational Organization Location: Kathmandu, Nepal Qualification: Postgraduate from reputed B. School (Preferably 2018-2021 batch) Reporting to: SAARC Head About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to lead our business operations in Nepal. The incumbent will hold overall P&L responsibility and drive the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for both General and Modern Trade. Key Responsibilities: - Building the branded business and GTM for general/modern trade in Nepal & Bhutan. - Overseeing the sales ecosystem through Sales Force Automation. - Strong Importer Management and orchestrating new product launches. - Managing shipments, inventory levels, and demand planning with India-based supply chain teams. - Leading a high-performing team to ensure delivery of primaries and secondaries. Team Structure: Direct Reports: 3 Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), 1 Commercial Manager, and 1 Brand Activation Executive. Who Should Apply? Qualification: Postgraduate from a reputed B-School in Sales & Marketing. Experience: 5 - 7 years in FMCG GT Sales or Regional Trade Marketing. Geography: Experience working in Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, or similar SE Asian markets is a significant plus. Skills: Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and execution excellence. Travel: Willingness to travel 7-8 days a month in local markets outside Kathmandu.
