A Counter Sales representative acts as the primary, in-person point of contact for customers, focusing on greeting patrons, identifying needs, offering product recommendations, and processing transactions efficiently. Key duties include maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a clean, welcoming sales area to drive sales and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Customer Service & Sales: Welcoming customers, answering queries about products/services, and offering expert recommendations to close sales.
• Inventory & Store Maintenance: Monitoring stock levels, restocking displays, and keeping the counter area organized and tidy.
• Product Expertise: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and current promotions.
• Conflict Resolution: Addressing customer complaints professionally to ensure a positive experience.
