Job Title: Counseling & Wellness Teacher

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Counseling & Wellness Teacher to support students’ emotional, mental, and social well-being. The candidate will help students manage academic pressure, personal challenges, and develop positive life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students.
• Support students with emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns.
• Promote mental health awareness and wellness programs in the school.
• Work closely with teachers and parents to support student development.
• Conduct workshops on stress management, confidence building, and life skills.
• Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
• Guide students in building positive relationships and healthy habits.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Child Development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive student issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Prior experience in a school environment will be an added advantage.

Working Hours:

School Timing -7am-3pm
