Makson is looking for a high-performing Costing Accountant who can drive cost efficiency, profitability, and financial discipline across our manufacturing operations.

If you have robust hands-on experience in manufacturing costing, product costing, and margin analysis , and understand how costing directly impacts production performance and business growth — we want to speak with you.

What You’ll Own:
End-to-end manufacturing & product costing
BOM-based costing and SKU-level profitability analysis
Raw material, labor & overhead cost optimization
Variance analysis and cost control strategies
Strategic input for pricing, budgeting & margin improvement

What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of proven experience in manufacturing costing
Solid command over cost accounting principles
Advanced Excel & ERP knowledge
Analytical mindset with business-driven thinking
Must be based in Gujarat (Surendranagar / Rajkot / Ahmedabad preferred)
