Position: Sr Sales Executive / Sales Executive – Corporate Gifts

Location: Delhi - NCR

Overview:

The Corporate Sales - Gift role is designed to drive business growth by promoting and selling tailored gift solutions to corporate clients. The primary objective is to build strong relationships with businesses, understand their gifting needs, and provide exceptional service that leads to increased customer satisfaction and retention. Experience in Corporate gifts is must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients, understanding their specific gifting needs and budgetary constraints.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, Festive Seasons and competitors.

  • Prepare and deliver engaging corporate presentations highlighting gift options and solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the products meet client requirements and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Exposure of CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.

  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently and report on performance metrics to management.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

  • Ability to create visually appealing presentations using software such as PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools to identify sales trends and opportunities.

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms for online gift sales.

  • Capability to use communication tools effectively for remote presentations (Zoom, Teams, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales / Marketing, or a related field in lead generation.

  • Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the gifting or retail sector.

  • Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.

Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional corporate presentation skills that effectively convey ideas and engage diverse audiences.

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt language for various stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to convert leads into customers through persuasive communication and relationship-building.

  • Excellent soft skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to interact positively with clients.

  • Strong behavioral skills that demonstrate effective collaboration, leadership, and conflict resolution.
