Role Summary

We are seeking a sharp, creative, and strategically minded Copywriter with up to 5 years of experience in a digital or integrated marketing environment. This role demands a strong command of language, a deep understanding of social and paid media communication, and the ability to craft compelling narratives across formats.

The ideal candidate blends creative storytelling, conceptual thinking, and platform fluency, working collaboratively with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Client Servicing teams to deliver impactful, insight-led communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Research & Insight Development
- Interpret client briefs to understand brand objectives, target audiences, and communication challenges
- Conduct brand, category, and audience research to inform creative direction
- Translate insights into clear and engaging content territories
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Develop high-quality copy across formats, including:
- Social media posts & campaigns
- Paid ads (search, display, social)
- Scripts for reels, videos
- Emailers, banners, landing page copy
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging
- Craft copy that balances creativity with clarity and performance objective
- Conceptual & Campaign Thinking
- Contribute to ideation for:
- Campaigns
- Brand launches
- Pitch presentations
- Always-on content strategies
- Build strong creative narratives and storytelling routes
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to shape integrated ideas
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Work
- Partner with designers to bring ideas to life
- Work with Strategy and Client Servicing teams to align messaging with business goals
- Participate in new pitches, internal brainstorms, reviews, and creative discussions
- Platform & Audience Adaptation
- Adapt writing style across:
- Social platforms
- Paid media formats
- Diverse industries (BFSI, fashion/lifestyle, FMCG, real estate, edtech, etc.)
- Demonstrate understanding of digital consumption behaviour
- Ensure all content meets high standards of grammar, clarity, and impact

Requirements

Experience & Skills

- Up to 5 years of experience in copywriting within a digital marketing agency or similar environment
- Solid portfolio demonstrating:
- Social media campaigns
- Paid media copy
- Scriptwriting
- Conceptual work
- Proven ability to write across short-form and storytelling-led formats
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content ecosystems

Language & Communication

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in:
- English
- Hindi
- Strong articulation and presentation skills
- Ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively

Creative & Strategic Capabilities

- Strong conceptual thinking and ideation skills
