• *Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop compelling, creative, and persuasive ad copies for social media campaigns, Google Ads, display ads, and other digital platforms in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and client goals to tailor ad messaging effectively.
- Optimize ad copies to improve click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and refine ad copies based on data insights and feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, consumer behaviors, and marketing techniques to ensure high-performing content.

• *Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional copywriting experience with a focus on ad copywriting.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing ad copies in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating creativity, language proficiency, and success in ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
