Qualification

Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English Medium; English medium schooling preferred

• Impeccable English and creative writing skills
• 1-2 years of ad agency experience as a copywriter
• Good ideation skill and ready to work in a well-defined team structure
• Should be able to write in Gujarati or Hindi compulsorily, apart from English
• Should not commit any errors in writing or proof-reading

Job Description

• Write strong, persuasive copy aligned with brand guideline.
• Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling campaign ideas
• Contribute original concepts for pitches and existing clients on a regular basis
• Clearly articulate strategic thinking behind creative ideas when required
• Write high-quality content across formats: social media, blogs, website content, PPC ads, emailers, case studies, and scripts
• Maintain consistent brand voice and adhere to defined style guidelines
• Conduct research to understand client industry, audience, and competitors before execution
• Identify content gaps and recommend relevant communication opportunities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with 100% timeline adherence
• Deliver error-free copy with minimal revision cycles
• Work closely with Account Managers and the Creative team to ensure aligned execution.
• Contribute fresh, original concepts, confidently present them to the team, and collaborate with designers and account managers to refine and develop them into strong final outputs.
• Maintain 90%+ internal and client approval rate on ideas
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and solution-oriented thinking
