Key Responsibilities

● Write high-quality video scripts for: ○ Educational and explanatory finance content

○ Product walkthroughs and feature explainers

○ Brand and storytelling films

○ Social-first short-form content (Instagram, YouTube Shorts)

○ Long-form YouTube videos and series

● Translate complex financial concepts into simple, relatable narratives without diluting accuracy or trust.

● Write in Hindi, English, and Hinglish , adapting tone and structure based on platform, audience, and objective.

● Collaborate closely with: ○ Video producers and editors

○ Designers and motion teams

○ Strategy and brand teams

● Participate in script discussions, storyboarding, and creative reviews , ensuring scripts are production-ready.

● Adapt scripts based on:

○ Platform best practices

○ Audience insights

○ Regulatory and compliance considerations (where applicable)

● Iterate scripts based on performance data, feedback, and evolving brand guidelines.

● Write copy for always-on and campaign-led content , including: ○ Social media posts and captions

○ Performance media banners and ads

○ Campaign lines, taglines, and messaging frameworks

● Support video content by: ○ Assisting with script drafts and adaptations

○ Writing short-form video hooks, supers, and VO lines

○ Repurposing long-form scripts into social-ready formats

● Translate financial and product information into clear, user-friendly language that is accurate and trustworthy.

● Work closely with: ○ Designers to ensure copy and visuals work together seamlessly

○ Creative leads on campaign thinking and ideation

○ Strategy and marketing teams to align messaging with business objectives

● Adapt copy based on: ○ Platform requirements and audience behaviour

○ Performance insights and feedback

○ Brand tone and regulatory considerations

● Maintain consistency of brand voice and messaging across all formats and platforms.
