  • Coordinate with marketing agencies, designers, and digital partners• Track marketing campaigns, social media activities, and promotions• Ensure marketing tasks are executed on timeSales Support• Maintain lead and client databases• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation• Track sales follow-ups and coordinate with the sales teamVendor Coordination• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external partners• Track timelines and deliverables• Maintain vendor records and documentationDirector’s Office Support• Track action points from meetings and ensure follow-ups are completed• Coordinate between different teams and departments• Maintain trackers for projects, marketing activities, and tasksDocumentation & Reporting• Maintain organized records and trackers• Assist in preparing reports and presentations when requiredSkills Required -• Strong communication and coordination skills• Valuable follow-up and organizational ability• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelinesQualification -Graduate in any discipline.Candidates with goo
