Job Title : Lead Generation Specialist Location: Balewadi Pune Type: Full Time About Frido Frido is a fast-growing comfort-tech brand transforming how people experience comfort in everyday life. With products like ergonomic cushions, pillows, mattress toppers, and chairs, Frido focuses on improving posture, productivity, and overall well-being. As we expand into corporate wellness and workplace ergonomics , we are looking for a CXO Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist who can open doors with senior leadership across companies.

Role Overview This role is responsible for building relationships with CXO-level decision-makers and generating high-value B2B opportunities for Frido . The role involves identifying, researching, and connecting with HR Heads, CXOs, Admin Leaders, Workplace Experience Heads, and Procurement Leaders , positioning Frido as a workplace comfort and employee wellness partner . This is not a typical calling role . We are looking for someone who can strategically approach senior leaders, create meaningful conversations, and generate qualified corporate opportunities .

Key Responsibilities Strategic CXO Outreach Identify and build a strong pipeline of CXOs, HR Leaders, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, and Workplace Experience Leaders across target companies. Conduct deep research on organizations to identify decision-makers and potential partnership opportunities. Multi-Channel Prospecting Reach out to senior decision-makers through multiple channels including: LinkedIn outreach Personalized cold emails Professional networking Corporate introductions Craft high-quality, personalized outreach messages that resonate with senior leadership.

Corporate Opportunity Development

Generate leads for: Corporate wellness partnerships Employee comfort programs Bulk product partnerships Workplace ergonomics initiatives Lead Qualification Understand corporate requirements and identify opportunities where Frido solutions can add value . Schedule meetings or product discussions with the business development or leadership team . Pipeline & Reporting Maintain structured tracking of outreach activities, conversations, and opportunities . Share regular insights on outreach performance, lead quality, and pipeline growth .

What We Are Looking For Experience in B2B lead generation, enterprise outreach, or corporate sales Strong ability to communicate with senior leadership and decision-makers Exceptional research and prospecting skills Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound outreach platforms Ability to write high-quality personalized outreach messages Ideal Candidate Someone who: Understands how to capture attention from CXOs Can build high-value corporate conversations Thinks strategically about partnership opportunities Is comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.
