Key Responsibilities
# Promote and sell press parts, punches, dies, and related tableting tooling solutions to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and allied industries.
# Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new accounts.
# Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable press parts and tooling solutions.
# Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and trials at customer sites.
# Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial proposals , price negotiations, and order closures.
# Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, quality, dispatch) to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
# Handle customer complaints, technical issues, and ensure post-sales support and satisfaction.
# Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
# Achieve assigned sales targets, collection targets, and profitability goals .
# Maintain CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and MIS as required.
# Travel extensively within Maharashtra for customer visits, meetings, and business development.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: 3–7 years of experience in technical sales of press parts, tableting tools, pharma machinery components, or related engineering products. Fresher can apply .
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical tooling or tablet compression domain will be highly preferred.
