Content Writer & Client Coordinator | Avadeti Media (The Ojas Group)

Full–time

Posted on: a day ago

We're not looking for someone who "leverages AI to 10x their output."

We're looking for someone who can actually write. With their own brain. In their own voice. The kind of person who reads before they write, thinks before they type, and doesn't need a chatbot to finish their sentences.

Avadeti Media is the narrative intelligence and strategic communications arm of The Ojas Group — a multi-sector holding company operating across fashion, real estate, finance, hospitality, education, media, and lifestyle. We work with celebrities, corporates, influencers, and institutional clients. Our positioning is built around one idea: The Sovereignty of Narrative. If that phrase makes you curious, keep reading.

What you'll actually do:

You'll write articles, emails, reports, brand copy, media pitches, client communications, and editorial content — from scratch, every time. No templates. No AI-generated drafts that you "polish." Original thinking, original language, original structure.

You'll also be on the phone. A lot. You'll fix appointments, coordinate with clients and media contacts, follow up without being annoying, and represent Avadeti in conversations where first impressions matter. If you can't hold a professional call with confidence, this isn't the role.

In a given week, you might draft a PR pitch for a fashion brand, write an outreach email for a celebrity partnership, put together a client brief, and get three meetings on the calendar — all before Thursday.

You should apply if:

— You write clean, structured, human prose — not the kind that starts with "In today's fast-paced world" — You've written articles, blogs, or editorial content professionally (show us published work) — You're comfortable writing emails that people actually respond to — You can pick up the phone, speak clearly, and get an appointment booked without sounding like a script — You understand that communication is a craft, not a content factory — You read widely — news, culture, business, anything that keeps your language sharp — You're organized enough to manage your own follow-ups, deadlines, and client touchpoints

You should NOT apply if:

— You paste prompts into ChatGPT and call it "writing" — You think "good communicator" on a resume means you reply to WhatsApp messages quickly — You need someone to tell you to follow up with a client — You confuse quantity with quality

What we offer:

A seat at a growing media and communications company that's building something genuinely different — across PR, celebrity partnerships, brand strategy, and editorial media. You'll work directly with senior leadership, learn how narrative strategy actually works, and build a portfolio that matters.

To apply:
  • Send your resume and 2–3 writing samples (published articles, emails you're proud of, anything that shows your voice) to . Include a short note (3–4 lines, no more) on why you want this role.
