Role Overview:As a Content Strategist & Writer at 64 Grid Set, you'll be responsible for crafting clear, structured, and strategic content across brand, marketing, and business platforms; from websites and blogs to pitch decks and video scripts. The role demands strong research, narrative building, and framework development skills to translate complex business thinking into communication that resonates. You'll work closely with design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and bring cohesive ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content research and planning across brand, category, and competition
• Content writing and editing for websites, blogs, frameworks, presentations, and pitch decks
• Narrative and framework development for complex ideas and business thinking
• Video scriptwriting and storytelling across brand and marketing platforms
• Platform specific content creation with a consistent brand voice
• Collaboration with design to develop concepts and ideas
• Brand & communication strategy aligned with brand values and intent

Technical Skills & Tools

• CMS: Proficiency in WordPress for content management and publishing.
• Editing: Proficiency in Hemingway, Grammarly, and manual copy-editing for clarity and brevity.
• SEO: Experience with hubspot, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for keyword and intent mapping.
• Logic/Layout: Expertise in Notion, Google Suite, and Keynote for structuring complex ideas.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Communication, Journalism, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional writing experience
• Creative bent of mind with strong visualization and idea-generation skills
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured communication
• Comfortable working independently and managing ownership across tasks
• Highly organized, with attention to detail, consistency and commitment.

Salary:

Based on experience and interview performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
