Content Production Specialist (Video + Direction)

We are looking for a highly creative Content Production Specialist who can transform a

normal room into a premium-looking content studio and help us produce high-quality

video content for social media, ads and long form video.

Key Responsibilities-

Content Direction & Prompting

● Guide speakers with clear prompts, tone, and expressions while recording.

● Help presenters deliver content with the right energy, emotion, and clarity.

● Suggest hooks, pauses, and delivery improvements during recording.

● Ensure content looks natural, engaging, and authority-driven.

Camera Handling & Setup

● Handle professional camera equipment (DSLR / Mirrorless / iPhone rigs).

● Set up proper framing, angles, and composition for different content styles:

○ Talking head

○ Long form video

○ Ad creatives

○ Reels / Shorts

OP (Director of Photography)

● Decide shot composition, camera movement, and frame aesthetics.

● Maintain consistent visual quality across all content.

● Ensure videos look professional, cinematic, and premium.

Lighting & Studio Setup

● Set up lighting to create a premium studio feel even in a normal room.

● Work with:

○ Softboxes

○ Key lights

○ Fill lights

○ Backlights

● Create clean and professional lighting for face and background.

Studio Environment Creation

● Convert simple rooms into high-quality content environments.

● Set up background aesthetics, framing, props, and composition.

● Maintain consistent visual brand identity in all recordings.

Ideal Candidate

✔ Understands how to make content look premium even in simple spaces

✔ Has experience in reels, ads, and educational video production

● Camera handling (Sony / Canon / DSLR / iPhone rigs)

● Basic audio setup

● Understanding of short-form content (Reels / Ads / YouTube)

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

● Experience shooting ads or creator content

● Understanding of viral content formats

● Experience with multi-camera setup
