You are seeking a full-time content producer & reel editor to oversee the creation of visual content for two personal brands: Raghav Gambhir and Devika. You will be based in Delhi/Gurgaon and should possess a strong grasp of reels-first storytelling, visual aesthetics, emotional content, and work closely with the creators.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

- Edit Instagram reels using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Support color grading and conversion of long-form videos into reel-friendly formats
- Perform clean, mood-based color grading for a premium feel
- Create engaging Instagram reels from YouTube or long-form content
- Design reel covers, layouts, and visual elements for Instagram
- Maintain visual consistency with each brand's identity
- Strong plus: YouTube video editing for long-form and shorts

- Assist in content ideation and reel ideas
- Adapt trends tastefully for spiritual and wellness spaces
- Help plan shoot days and content batching

• *Video Shooting (plus skill):**

- Capture reels and short videos when required using mobile or mirrorless devices
- Ensure high-quality framing, lighting, and audio
- Coordinate during performances, wellness sessions, or planned shoots

• *Work Structure:**
