We are looking for a Bengali-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about maintaining a safe and positive online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content in Bengali in accordance with platform guidelines and policies
• Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content
• Ensure content complies with company standards and legal requirements
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant team when necessary
• Maintain high accuracy and quality while meeting productivity targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Proficient in Bengali (fluent)
• Minimum English communication level:B2
• Valid Passport
• Willing to relocate to Penang, Malaysia
• Strong attention to detail and good judgment skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and shift-based environment
