Position is available for a resource with more than 5 years of experience. We are looking for a Content Manager to join our team and drive our content marketing strategy. The resource should have a good experience of writing content for a tech site or business dealing in enterprise level software or tools. Preference will be given to candidates who have written for ERP sites / companies. We are not looking for a technical writer, therefore, the candidate should have a marketing flair as well.

The primary responsibilities include managing and mentoring the content writing team, conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for the new content types and proofreading articles before publication.

Responsibilities:

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed
