Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Content Manager to lead content strategy for our innovative rental platform, driving user engagement and brand growth in the Indian market. This role focuses on creating compelling digital content that aligns with startup agility and HR-driven company culture. The position reports to the marketing lead and involves cross-team collaboration in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

 Create compelling content for our website, social media, blogs, career pages, and marketing campaigns.

 Leverage AI tools for in-depth research, copy optimization, and idea generation.

 Collaborate with marketing and product teams on branding, employee engagement, and recruitment content.

 Proofread, edit, and deliver polished work with full ownership and quick turnarounds.

Requirements

 Proven 3+ years of experience, ideally in fintech, startups, or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

 Passionate about impeccable grammar, flow, and audience-driven storytelling.

 Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a collaborative startup setting.

 Strong English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; 3-5 years in content management, preferably in fintech or startups.

 Proficiency in SEO tools, CMS, analytics, and social platforms; strong writing and project management skills.

 Experience with Excel for reporting and Mumbai/India market knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
