📍 Location: Oatmilk Social Studio, Mohali/Chandigarh
Oatmilk Social is looking for a creative and highly organized individual to manage both our studio operations and content ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves content creation and can also handle day-to-day studio management smoothly.
🎯 Key Responsibilities – Content & Social Media

• Plan, create and manage content for Oatmilk Social and client brands
• Edit videos, reels, short-form content & basic graphics
• Strategize monthly content calendars and growth ideas
• Come up with engaging content concepts & trends
• Manage posting schedules and brand consistency
• Collaborate with creators & clients during shoots
🎥 Key Responsibilities – Studio Management

• Manage daily studio bookings & shoot schedules
• Coordinate shoots happening at the studio
• Capture BTS content during shoots
• Ensure studio is clean, organized & shoot-ready
• Handle basic client coordination & on-ground execution
• Maintain equipment and studio setup flow
✅ Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Experience in content creation & editing (Reels/Short-form preferred)
• Good understanding of social media trends & brand content
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a studio environment
• Creative mindset + execution-focused attitude
