Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with marketing goals.
• Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars.

Team Management

• Manage and mentor content writers and freelancers.
• Allocate tasks, review work, and provide feedback.

Quality Control

• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain editorial guidelines and content standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, design, and sales teams to create impactful content.
• Translate complex concepts into engaging content.

Content Performance

• Monitor engagement and content performance metrics.
• Optimize content strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications
