We are looking for an on-site Content Editor – Documents & Proposals to support the creation, editing, and formatting of business proposals, technical documents, reports, and presentations.

This role is ideal for candidates with a B.Tech / engineering background or freshers who have strong written English, attention to detail, and document-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Document & Proposal Development
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting business proposals, pre-bid documents, and reports
  • Edit content for clarity, grammar, structure, and professional tone
  • Ensure consistency in formatting, headings, tables, and document flow
  • Support proposal submissions as per client or tender guidelines

  • Content Editing & Quality Control
  • Proofread documents to ensure error-free and high-quality content
  • Improve readability while maintaining technical and business accuracy
  • Align documents with company templates, branding, and standards

  • Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, management) to gather content inputs
  • Support documentation for ongoing projects and client requirements
  • Maintain version control and document records

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    Must-Have
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to edit and structure content professionally
  • Attention to detail and formatting accuracy
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Preferred
  • B.Tech / Engineering background (any discipline preferred)
  • 0–2 years experience in documentation, content editing, or proposal support
  • Freshers with excellent English writing and editing skills are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with technical or business documentation is an advantage
