Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator / Videographer who can shoot and edit engaging reels and videos for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media content trends and the ability to create visually appealing videos that help businesses grow online.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, hardworking, and eager to grow in the content creation and media industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality reels, videos, and promotional content for different businesses.
• Create engaging Instagram and social media content that helps clients grow their brand.
• Edit videos professionally for reels, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
• Stay updated with latest video trends, editing styles, and social media formats.
• Plan and execute creative video concepts and shots.
• Manage video files, organize footage, and maintain proper workflow.
• Ensure high-quality output and brand consistency in all content.
• Work closely with the Kaushik Media team and clients to deliver the best results.

Requirements

• Must have a professional camera and basic shooting equipment.
• Knowledge of video shooting, lighting, framing, and composition.
• Experience in editing reels and videos (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects or similar).
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form content, and social media trends.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage shoots at different client locations.

Preferred Experience

• 1 year experience in videography or content creation (Preferred)
• Freshers with strong skills and creativity are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule

• Day Shift
• 6 Days Per Week
• 1 Day Off ( Will be decided at the time of joining)
