Job Title- Content Creator /Social Media Executive

Role Objective:

To create high-quality, trend-driven daily content that increases engagement, brand visibility, and follower growth across Instagram and other short-form platforms.

Key Responsibilities:-

Daily Content Creation

• Create engaging content on a daily basis (Reels, Stories, short videos).
• Ideate and execute beauty-focused content aligned with brand campaigns.
• Develop fast-turnaround content for launches, trends, and events.

Reel Editing

• Edit high-quality Instagram Reels using tools like CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro.
• Add trending audio, transitions, captions, and hooks.
• Deliver scroll-stopping first 3 seconds.

On-Camera Presence

• Confidently appear in front of the camera.
• Demonstrate products naturally and authentically.
• Create tutorial, testimonial, and VOX-pop style videos.

Trend & VOX-Pop Expertise

• Stay updated with Instagram trends daily.
• Execute street-style VOX Pop content when required.
• Identify viral hooks and adapt them for the beauty category.
• Suggest new content formats weekly.

Flexible Shooting Ability

• Able to shoot in different environments:
• In-office
• Outdoor events
• Street interactions
• Influencer events
• Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced shoot conditions.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form content
• Basic video editing skills
• Confident communication & presentation skills
• Creative thinking & quick execution ability
• Beauty/makeup knowledge preferred

Work Type

• On-site (event & shoot presence required)

Experience

• 0–3 years (Beauty / Fashion / Lifestyle preferred)
• Freshers with strong content portfolio may apply

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
