Details Type - Full Time Location - Hyderabad Language Requirement - Telugu, English Role Overview This is a full time role based in Hyderabad. The role will be hybrid because the creator would need to travel to our retail stores where our ice cream is present to shoot videos. Also, the creator may need to travel to the office/studio if required to shoot specific types of videos. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and managing content across Joify's social media platforms. We are looking for someone who is confident on camera, creative, and is passionate about social media. You will create and publish content across our platforms, work with our video editor, and help us build a strong and relatable presence online. This role is ideal for someone who: Loves creating content for Instagram and YouTube Is expressive and comfortable in front of the camera Understands trends and internet/meme culture Enjoys experimenting and learning Wants to become a recognised face for a consumer brand What You'll Do Become the voice/face of Joify and manage how our customers interact with us - Create Short-Form Content You will shoot engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, including: Talking-head content Trend-based videos Product storytelling Behind-the-scenes content Fun, relatable, and viral formats You will capture raw footage and collaborate with our video editor to produce high-quality output. Manage Daily Instagram Stories You will stay connected with our audience by posting stories daily about: New product launches Store openings and expansion Sampling events and activations Behind-the-scenes moments Team culture and daily brand life Mood and personality of the brand Host Instagram/Youtube Live Sessions You will conduct live sessions such as: Q&A and community engagement Live product tastings Factory walkthroughs Events and activations Interactive sessions with followers What We Value Most We care more about personality, authenticity, creativity, and ability than degrees or formal experience.
