Role Overview

As a Senior Content Creator, you will lead the creation of impactful, engaging content across our

digital platforms—shaping brand messaging, overseeing content strategy, and mentoring junior

creators to deliver excellence consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand voice and business goals across
• blogs, social media, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
• Produce high-quality content including articles, social media posts, case studies,
• infographics, YouTube Videos and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts).
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, product, and leadership teams to ensure
• cohesive storytelling.
• Analyse content performance metrics and iterate to optimize engagement and reach.
• Maintain editorial standards—fact-checking, proofreading, and ensuring accuracy.
• Mentor and guide junior content team members; contribute to refining content processes
• and workflows.
• Stay ahead of industry trends—AI tools, content formats, and emerging platforms—to keep
• content strategies fresh and forward-looking.
• Experience Required
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Content Creator—or similar role—with ownership of
• strategy and execution.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and visual crafting skills for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Expertise in using content creation tools:

1. AI & Text-Based Tools (Caption.ai, ChatGPT / GPT-4)

2. Graphic Design & Visuals (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, Procreate)

3. Video Creation & Motion Graphics (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)

4. Audio & Podcast Tools (Audacity, Alitu)

• Knowledge of Digital aggregator platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple content calendars and collaborate crossfunctionally.
• Prior experience with AI-assisted content creation or automation is a plus.
